FIRST AND PERPETUAL PROFESSION IN INDIA PROVINCE

On 8^th December 2022, at the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of Mary, we the RNDM Sisters of India province were extremely happy to welcome and witness the First Profession of the Novice Lorentia D. Marak and the Perpetual Profession of Sister Mukti Rejina Xalxo. The Profession ceremony took place at Mariam Nilaya Novitiate Chapel.

The celebration began with the Eucharist which was solemnised by Reverend Father Valerian Charles Fernandes SAC Provincial of ABVM (Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary) Bangalore along with twelve con-celebrants. In his homily father highlighted on Mary’s mission and her faithfulness to do God’s will till the end. He invited everyone to take Mary as the Model. He also mentioned our call as a gift and precious, and to keep the zeal burning for God’s mission faithfully, through the value of prayer life.

With immense joy and gratitude, the day was graced by RNDM sisters, family members, friends and well-wishers. In order to felicitate and to show the readiness of professed sisters for God’s mission, a short felicitation program was organised with the theme “Set Apart to Serve the Lord with Zeal.” Everyone enjoyed the celebration.
