With hearts full of gratitude and joy, Our Lady Queen of the Missions School, Salt Lake celebrated a momentous occasion- the grand inauguration of its Silver Jubilee on February 16, 2025. The school auditorium radiated an atmosphere of reverence as the celebration commenced with a solemn Mass, presided over by the esteemed Rt. Rev. Thomas D’Souza, Archbishop of Kolkata.
We extend our deepest appreciation to Vicar General Father Dominic Gomes, Provincial Superior Sister Crescencia Sun, the RNDM sisters from neighboring communities, and the many distinguished fathers, sisters, parents, teachers, and children whose gracious presence blessed the occasion. Their unwavering support and prayers have been a beacon of strength throughout our journey, and their participation infused the celebration with warmth, faith, and joy.
We were extremely happy to have the presence of our esteemed guests and pioneering Sisters, whose dedication and vision laid the foundation for this institution. A special presentation tracing the life and growth of Our Lady Queen of the Missions School, Salt Lake paid tribute to the countless hands and hearts that have shaped its legacy. The cultural program that followed was a testament to the incredible talents and spirit of our students, reflecting the values and vibrancy nurtured within our school.
The day concluded with a delightful feast, symbolizing the unity and togetherness that define our school community. As we celebrate 25 years of excellence, faith, and service, we humbly thank God for His abundant blessings and express our profound gratitude to all who have been part of this incredible journey.
