MASS OF THANKSGIVING, HOUSE BLESSING  –  DA LAT COMMUNITY FEAST

In the early morning of December 30, a Mass of Thanksgiving, the House Blessing and the Feast Day of the Da Lat community was celebrated. Fr. Joseph, parish priest, presided over the celebrations which were attended by our Provincial, Sr. Bich Quyen, Sisters from other Communities, visitors from afar Sr. Thuy Linh (U.K.) Sr. Phan Yen (Rome), our Postulants as well as Mr. Khanh, responsible for the renovations of our house, Associates and friends.

Our house has a history which goes back nearly 100 years and was built in the French architectural style. Thanks to the work of Mr. Khanh the house has retained it outstanding architectural beauty in the middle of Da lat.

After the official activities all were invited to enjoy a festive breakfast prepared by the Sisters.

We offer thanks to God for the many blessings He has poured out on RNDM’s over the years, especially the Sisters of the Da Lat community. What a fitting start to the New year 2023. May the Trinity continue to bless the life and mission of this community, bringing joy and beauty  into the lives of the people among whom they work just as the city added joy for its citizens by adorning the city with beautiful flowers to mark the beginning of 2023.
