In the early morning of December 03, 2022, the ambience in the Thu Duc area was filled with laughter and bustle of sisters from most communities gathered here to celebrate the Perpetual Profession of six sisters:
A special prayer with the theme “For a greater love” took place solemnly in Thu Duc on the previous afternoon to pray for six sisters.
There is an undying love
A love that lasts for a thousand years
That love motivates the heart
I pray with complete devotion
Poems, psalms and hymns were sung, immersed in the sacred atmosphere and filled with gratitude for what God had poured out on the sisters’ lives. And their courage as they once again responded decisively to His call through their Final vows.
On December 03 the Mass was celebrated in the Trinity chapel by Reverend John Do Van Ngan, Bishop of Xuan Loc Diocese, and other priests. We were happy that some relatives, friends and RNDMs joined the perpetual profession in prayers and praise to God for the blessings bestowed on their lives.
The Liturgy was solemn but joyful. It is celebrated in a spirit of gratitude and thanksgiving for the fidelity of God towards these six sisters throughout the years. A delicious refreshment was prepared after Mass which everyone delightedly enjoyed. May God’s blessings flourish in these sisters’ lives and ministries.
